Illegal Trespassing Allowed By Sheriff

This video caused alot of uproar of who was right and wrong in this situation. I have to side with the property owner myself on this one. And I believe the sheriff knew the owner was in his "rights" notice he didn't set foot on the property.But anyways people have claimed the owner had took this case to court and won.
